Transforming Elections through Biometrics and Technology Workshop

Stoil Tzitzelkov

Independent researcher and expert on election technologies and citizen participation. He serves as Chair of the Civic Council to the Bulgarian Central Election Commission and has extensive international experience with the OSCE, European Commission, and the UN, including fieldwork on five continents and regional work in Timor-Leste and with the Government of the Northern Territory of Australia. He is a political analyst and cultural anthropologist with degrees from Charles Darwin University (Australia), Copenhagen University (Denmark), and Lund University (Sweden). He also serves as Vice-President of the European Association for the Defense of Human Rights – Bulgaria.
